Utopie, Dystopie oder längst Realität? Der Begriff der „Globalität“ muss aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln und Bereichen heraus verhandelt werden, um über ihre Auswirkungen und Dimensionen reflektieren zu können. Ist sie die Konsequenz eines weltumspannenden Modells von technologischen, sozialen und kulturellen Netzwerken? Oder sind ihre Spuren nicht schon in lokalen Infrastrukturen erfahrbar? In welchen Formen begegnen wir ihr im Alltag?
Mit Blick auf ein durch Globalisierung geprägtes Zeitalter laden wir -das Team des Atelier Amore und des Speicher100- euch dazu ein, im Kontext der Ausstellung “Dissecting Globality” eure Arbeiten einzureichen. Gesucht werden künstlerische Positionen aus den Bereichen Fotografie, Bewegtbild, Klangkunst oder anderen transmedialen Arbeitsfeldern, die im Rahmen des f² Festivals 2023 in Dortmund vorgestellt werden.
Die ausgewählten Arbeiten werden in einer Ausstellung präsentiert, welche gemeinsam mit den Künstler*innen entwickelt wird. Für die Teilnehmenden wird es eine Aufwandspauschale geben. Auch für Produktionskosten werden wir ein begrenztes Budget zur Verfügung haben. Die Ausstellung wird im Juni 2023 stattfinden.
Wir ermutigen insbesondere FLINTA*, marginalisierte Personengruppen und Künstler*innen mit Behinderung oder mit Migrationserfahrung, ihre Werke einzusenden.

Utopia, dystopia or already a reality? The concept of "globality" must be negotiated from different perspectives and fields in order to be able to reflect on its effects and dimensions. Is it the consequence of a global model of technological, social and cultural networks? Or are its traces already tangible in local infrastructures? In what forms do we encounter it in everyday life?
Looking at an age shaped by globalization, we, the team of Atelier Amore and Speicher100, invite you to submit your works in the context of the exhibition "Dissecting Globality". We seek artistic positions from the fields of photography, moving image, sound art or other transmedial fields of work that will be presented at the f² Festival 2023 in Dortmund.
The selected works will be presented in an exhibition, which will be developed in cooperation with the artists. There will be an expense allowance for the participants. We will also have a limited budget for production costs. The exhibition is scheduled to take place in June 2023.
We especially encourage FLINTA*, marginalized groups and artists with disabilities or with migration experience to submit their works.
